In the agricultural sector we enjoy a long experience with graders, scrapers and laser control systems, trolleys for collecting fruits and vegetables. Our products are designed and manufactured with high technology and certified according to the CE standards. MONTEFIORI S.r.l. aims to occupy a competitive position in the sector in which it operates, designing and manufacturing agricultural machinery and lifting systems with associated after-sales assistance, through a competent and reliable organizational structure and a more comprehensive offering of products and services, without excluding any potential expansion of its reference market.
The Management of MONTEFIORI S.r.l. has decided to implement and maintain a Quality Management System as a central tool of its development policies, to meet the requirements, needs, and general expectations of stakeholders in business activities:
Customers, through the quality of products and services provided and delivered, allowing for customer loyalty and acquisition.
Personnel, through involvement and targeted training, providing the opportunity to express individual potentials and job stability, also to improve communication, professionalism, and, above all, motivation.

The strategies that the company intends to pursue in the coming years, as a framework for the subsequent definition of corporate objectives, are therefore:
- Compliance with laws, regulations, and other applicable requirements subscribed to by RBM S.r.l.;
- Compliance with the quality requirements provided by mandatory and/or internal standards in carrying out activities and ensuring their continuous improvement, for the purpose of technological and managerial competitiveness;
- Application of the logic of risk-based thinking for each process, thus introducing greater flexibility in its organization, aimed at identifying the causes of problems by promptly adopting the necessary measures for their resolution/reduction;
- Defining customer needs through careful contractual assessment, identifying the most suitable and advantageous solutions for both through the enhancement of corporate capability;
- Offering opportunities for individual and organizational learning through continuous updating and enhancement of technical skills;
- Disseminating quality and safety issues through appropriate informative actions towards all personnel to increase awareness, involvement, and accountability;
- Promoting cooperation among various company resources, collaboration during consulting activities, and with external entities responsible;
- Adopting in the workshop the individual protective devices provided by applicable laws and regulations according to the risks;

- Committing to refining offers for the realization of products/services at competitive costs within defined and contained timeframes, to maintain and increase the number of customers;
- Sourcing goods and services necessary from qualified suppliers and collaborators who can guarantee an adequate level of performance in terms of price-quality-timeliness;
- Making available and maintaining the necessary infrastructure for the correct conduct of activities;
- Accurately managing any non-conformities, reports, and complaints;
- Constantly monitoring the organization through activities to verify the quality management system indicated by the reference standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2015;
- Achieving continuous improvement of company processes, increasing the efficiency and added value of individual activities, through systematic maintenance of a dynamic quality management system.
Every year, the Management formulates objectives and targets for continuous improvement of quality performance, communicating them to all interested parties, which will be applied to all activities, processes, and services of MONTEFIORI S.r.l., according to market logic.
The Management is committed to providing human, instrumental, and economic resources to pursue improvement objectives by promoting every action aimed at protecting the health of human resources, both in the management of office activities and in the content of services provided, considering environmental issues among the basic requirements.
The Management is committed to preparing adequate communication channels to ensure that the Quality Policy is understood within the company at all levels. All personnel of MONTEFIORI S.r.l. (internal and external) are required to act in accordance with the principles described in this policy, disseminated and illustrated.
It is the responsibility of the Management to review and update the contents of this Quality Policy, in order to ensure its constant adequacy, in response to changing external conditions and internal strategies.
